License Terms

1. The purchased software is proprietary. All the exclusive rights to this software belong to Rapid Software LLC.
2. The license is valid for software used by one instance of Rapid SCADA on a specific server.
3. The license validity period is not limited.
4. Number of client connections to the server is not limited.
5. If hardware or network configuration of the server is changed, the license is lost or requires transfer.

License Transfer

Conditions for transferring valid Rapid SCADA licenses to another server:

1. Embedded edition licenses are not transferable to another server.
2. Transfer of Standard edition licenses and additional modules is performed upon request, provided the following conditions are met:
   • The 1st transfer of licenses can be performed no earlier than 1 year after purchase, free of charge.
   • The 2nd and further transfer of licenses can be performed no earlier than 1 year after the previous transfer, the cost is 80% of the current price of licenses.
3. Enterprise edition license transfers are available upon request.
